Sorgenia, leading private Italian operator in the national electricity and natural gas utility market, has chosen Comdata to manage its customer care services.

Specifically, the service includes:

• Nursery Service: toll-free phone service for new customers;
• Welcome account service: phone service for customers not recognized by IVR;
• Back office for administration

The service, launched on October 3^rd, is run out of the Lecce facilities on weekdays from 8 Am to 10 PM with shorter hours on Saturday (8 AM - 8 PM).

Comdata supports the “Amici di Edoardo” non-profit association by sponsoring the Trevor Pinnock harpsichord benefit concert held on Tuesday, November 22^nd at 8:30 Pm at the Basilica di San Simpliciano in Milan. The British harpsichordist, renown throughout the world for his expert interpretations of Renaissance and Baroque music, held his second beneficial concert in favor of the Amici di Edoardo non-profit association with a program entitled "Journeys through music”.

Profits will be donated to the new initiative “street wise”, a project that aims to encourage difficult youths to actively participate in the community by teaching them skills (DJ - video and sound technicians - photography - cooking and more).

The Amici di Edoardo association, operating for over ten years to help young people mature, is open to all those who want to joint with a free and supportive spirit to offer, despite any ideology barriers, a meeting point and commitment consistent with Milan's great civil and social tradition.
