March, 1st 2013 - After the site's opening in Ostava, last november, Comdata Czech doubles its presence in the area and announced the start of a new operations center in Chrudim, in eastern Bohemia, specializing in customer care services in czech language especially in front end and back office activities in the telecommunications market.

Sorgenia, leading private Italian operator in the national electricity and natural gas utility market, has chosen Comdata to manage its customer care services.

Specifically, the service includes:

• Nursery Service: toll-free phone service for new customers;
• Welcome account service: phone service for customers not recognized by IVR;
• Back office for administration

The service, launched on October 3^rd, is run out of the Lecce facilities on weekdays from 8 Am to 10 PM with shorter hours on Saturday (8 AM - 8 PM).
