Operations

This area is the heart of our company and supervises Customer Operations Business Process Outsourcing for our customers, the Group’s core business. Comdata’s range includes outsourcing solutions for multiple services: customer care, paperless documents, storage and substitute storage, credit management.

In Operations you can aspire to positions strictly tied to delivery and management, such as Operator, Team Leader, Supervisor, Plant Manager, or to support, from Planning to Processes and technological innovation, from Quality to Training.

Market Units

Business growth, the definition and implementation of sales, product and service strategies, customer management for the various sectors in which we operate: these are the challenges faced by those who work in our Market Units.

The key positions in Comdata sales structures include Client Management, Account Management, Business Development, Pre-sales, and are required to possess specific skills tied to the business processes in the various markets in which we operate: Telecommunications, Energy and Industry, Banking, Insurance and Financial Services, Media.

ICT

This is the Group’s Business Unit dedicated to developing Enterprise Content Management solutions, applications and projects, with extensive experience in the document sphere and business process management and automation fields. All the professionals required to provide Comdata customers with System Integration services and ICT Solutions designed according to their needs work here in specialized and dedicated facilities and positions:

Sales & Marketing, for Business Development, Marketing, Pre-sales and Account Management specialists in the ICT field;
Delivery, which deals with Business Solution development cycle management for the technical and technological standpoints.
ICT Operations, that governs customer services with its skills and resources.
