Sorgenia chooses Comdata for customer care in the residential market

Sorgenia, leading private Italian operator in the national electricity and natural gas utility market, has chosen Comdata to manage its customer care services.

Specifically, the service includes:

• Nursery Service: toll-free phone service for new customers;
• Welcome account service: phone service for customers not recognized by IVR;
• Back office for administration

The service, launched on October 3^rd, is run out of the Lecce facilities on weekdays from 8 Am to 10 PM with shorter hours on Saturday (8 AM - 8 PM).
